As part of the organization of the 11th Summit of Heads of State and Government, anyone wishing to access the official areas of the Summit site is required to obtain prior accreditation.
Access to protocol areas, conference rooms, and secure areas is strictly reserved for duly accredited persons.
The procedure is as follows:
No illegible or incomplete handwritten forms will be considered.
As part of the accreditation process, the section relating to the participant's category must be completed by each applicant, without exception.
This information is required by the Accreditation Subcommittee in order to accurately determine the status and capacity of the participant (Delegate, Minister, Parliamentarian, Private Sector, Civil Society, Press, Observer, etc.).
In addition, the full name of the organization, institution, company, or delegation represented must be indicated.
